Acceptable Use

What Baarre may not be used for.

Not permitted

• Anything unlawful, or that infringes someone’s rights.
• Unsolicited bulk messaging, or messaging people who have opted out.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or content that sexualises minors.
• Impersonating another business, person or Baarre itself.
• Selling regulated goods where you are not licensed to do so.
• Scraping, probing, load-testing or reverse-engineering the service.
• Reselling or white-labelling Baarre without a partner agreement.
• Working around plan limits by technical means, or sharing one seat between people.
• Uploading malware, or content you do not have the right to use.

Sensitive data

Do not configure Baarre to collect health data, biometric data, government identifiers or payment card numbers. If a shopper volunteers such data in a chat, delete it from the conversation.

What happens if this is broken

Depending on severity: a warning, feature suspension, account suspension, or termination without refund. Illegal activity is reported to the relevant authority.
